At True Trauma True Healing, we believe that healing is not just personal — it’s collective. Our community outreach programs are designed to create safe spaces for real conversations, support mental health awareness, and provide resources for those impacted by trauma.
From Mental Health Mixers and Healing Circles to community pop-ups and awareness events, we are committed to meeting people where they are and bringing the message of healing and hope to our communities.
Our goal is simple: to break the silence around trauma and inspire real healing in real people.
What We Do:
Mental Health Mixers: Safe spaces to share, listen, and heal together.
Healing Pop-Ups: Bringing TTTH apparel and conversations to the community.
Support Drives: Providing clothing, journals, and essentials to shelters and recovery centers.
Educational Workshops: Partnering with mental health professionals to share resources and healing techniques.
